Anytime I get in a dinner rut, or I’m just too tired to really meal plan a dinner and actually cook it. Chris and I always go for breakfast for dinner, whether that’s cereal or this quick French toast recipe.
I love adding in cinnamon and pumpkin to my egg mix, though I leave it out when making Chris’ keto diabetic safe french toast, as he doesn’t care for the taste.
Bacon and strawberries is always my go to. but I love to pair this with some cottage cheese, the left over eggs, bacon or sausage.
