I never grew up with fancy desserts, fun desserts or dessert at all. But i like to make fun desserts for the kids or when we have parties with friends and especially for holidays. I didn’t have it growing up but I want to make sure my kids have the best, the silliest and enjoyable holidays, not a stressed out mom.
I wasn’t sure what I should make for dessert for this Fourth of July so i scoured recipes on instagram and Pinterest and came across this triffle recipe. I love pound cake with fruit and whip cream but hadn’t thought to make it into a fun display dessert for a party.
