I love making chicken for dinner a couple times a week, as it’s quick and easy and it’s one meal I know the kids won’t fight me on eating. Though they love they’re chicken plain, we’re still working on spices with them.
Still their are nights I want something fast and just don’t want to spend a ton of time cooking. On those nights I love useing pre-made season packets for chicken.
This Montreal seasoning is good, but you only need a little, if you add too much it will become very, very spicy. So add a little bit then rub it in and you’ll get just enough spice.
