I love baking, not so much as a kid, as it really felt like a chore but as an adult inhave always loved baking for my husband or my kids. Especially during the holidays, I love baking fun themed desserts and cute little things that make the kids go “wow, that’s so cool”.
Of course this dessert was a hit with the kids. They loved the little chocolate tomb stones, and loved them even more covered in chocolate icing.
I found this recipenin one of my magazines but I wasn’t sure how it would turn out so I kept it tucked away in my recipe book till I eventually got around to making it.
I kept coming back to the recipe over and over again over the years and I’ve finally made it. And honestly I wished I wouod have made it sooner, it was so thick, soft and decadent and that chocolate ganache was so freaking good.
